Spotlight: Sebastian Garcia Gutierrez

Meet Sebastián García Gutierrez, 2024 Nyah Project Fellow.

In Fall 2025, he began his studies at Pomona College, double majoring in Economics and Astrophysics. He shared, “I definitely love the resources that Pomona school has to offer.” Sebastián is also a QuestBridge Scholar and was offered over $466,000 in scholarships across the universities where he was admitted — a reflection of the preparation and discipline he brought to his admissions journey.
